Therapeutic Care
“the discoveries of science, the teachings of the heart, and the revelations of the soul all assure us that no human being is ever beyond redemption. The possibility of renewal exists so long as life exists. How to support that possibility in others and in ourselves is the ultimate question.” Gabor Mate
Clinical & Integrative Support
Healing is personal and non-linear. While progress cannot always be measured in linear terms, it can be supported through evidence-informed practices that strengthen nervous system regulation, emotional stability, and functional integration.
Alysa Osvog provides trauma-informed somatic movement, breathwork, and expressive practices designed to complement clinical and integrative treatment, not replace it. Her work supports clients in developing internal regulation skills that enhance engagement in care and support long-term recovery.
Services align with established care plans and program protocols with practices for:
• Nervous system regulation and emotional stabilization
• Embodied safety and interoceptive awareness
