The PRESENCE PORTAL | June 7 4-6 | Sol Seek SB
Where the body speaks and the story breathes
This gathering is for the ones who sense they are on a threshold — yet life is too loud and busy to notice what is on the other side. This is your invitation to reconnect with the heart of your humanness.
Not to perform, please, or push further — rather remember something so natural. A deeper breath. A relaxed body. A space to listen to your own inner voice.
The Presence Portal isn’t really a workshop, not exactly a class. This is an experience in the art of being. An activation of presence with your Body, Breath and Story.
Led by Alysa Osvog through three living doorways of The Presence Method™:
Body — somatic movement, inviting the nervous system to settle
Breath — a guided journey of breath to beat rhythm, leading to your heart
Story — reflective writing, giving your inner world a voice.
As the afternoon unfolds you may notice a sense of lightness — no gripping, no holding on- simply softening and opening. Ideas, images, and words may rise to the surface that have been waiting patiently for this kind of space to be revealved.
You'll leave with:
A nervous system that has settled
A story that has been witnessed and welcomed
A body that feels grounded in gratitude
A sense of coming home to your heart
Writing with the MOOn
An embodied writing circle, to awaken creativity and confidence.
every other Friday 1PST Online
We gather a few days before each New or Full Moon, attuning to the cosmic forces of the macro—reflected within our own micro experiences. Writing prompts are shaped by themes unfolding in the sky and mirrored in our inner landscapes.
We begin with breath and stillness, gently softening the inner critic and settling the nervous system. From this embodied presence, creativity arises naturally. Masks fall away. Truth rises.
There is nothing to prove—no need to perform or please. Every piece is welcome, whether fiction or memory, inviting full freedom of expression and power in co-creation. Together, we connect to the wisdom of the written word and the cyclical nature of both the moon and our own lives.

Where your only responsibility is to be here and breathe
First Sat of each month 3pm @ Yoga Soup
Breathing Room is a space to breathe deeper and hear beyond the noise. Life is loud and all too busy to notice the wisdom within. This breathwork journey is your invitation in…
Each session begins with grounding practices and gentle breath awareness — a soft landing for the nervous system to arrive.
From there, Alysa guides a cyclical, three-part breathing pattern inspired by curated music and somatic cues — to create profound space in the body and mind. Each session concludes with rest, reflection, and integration with an optional writing prompt to seal in your practice later.
This experience is especially helpful if you are moving through:
Stress, overwhelm, constant demand
Life transitions and identity shifts
Recovery from addictive patterns
Mental fog or creative blocks
A longing for deeper clarity and safe guidance
Alysa's trauma-informed approach honors safety, consent, and self-attunement — allowing each participant to move at their own pace and depth of true transformation.
Come as you are — no experience necessary. Eye masks provided, or bring your own mask or scarf, chapstick, water, and a willingness to be transported through the power of your own breath.
