We begin with breath and stillness, gently softening the inner critic and settling the nervous system. From this embodied presence, creativity arises naturally. Masks fall away. Truth rises.
There is nothing to prove—no need to perform or please. Every piece is welcome, whether fiction or memory, inviting full freedom of expression in your presence.

Writing through the Elements
Guided Somatic Writing Series -5 weeks each Inspired by Earth, Air, Water, Fire, and Ether

This is a sacred time to settle, soften, and create space for imagination. Each session begins with a gentle somatic practice— to calm the nervous system and quiet the inner critic. From there, you’ll be guided into intuitive writing inspired by the elemental energies of Earth, Air, Fire, Water, and Ether.
Writing becomes a bridge — between inner and outer worlds, between thought and feeling, between self and community. There is no pressure to perform or produce. Only an invitation to listen, feel, and let the words emerge honestly.
Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation. In being witnessed without judgment, we remember and reflect shared humanity. Over time, confidence grows — on the page and in life — as creativity becomes a practice of presence and deepens our connection within and with one another.

Sessions begin with grounding practices and gentle breath awareness to calm the nervous system. Participants are then guided into a cyclical, three-part breathing pattern inspired by curated music and somatic cues. Each session concludes with integration, reflection, and rest, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the transformational experience.

We begin with a grounding meditation, inviting the nervous system to settle and arrive. From there, we ease into an all-levels vinyasa flow—steady, intuitive, and guided by sensation rather than performance. The practice then softens into the long, spacious holds of yin, allowing the body to unwind deeply and the system to restore, integrate, and renew.
Alysa’s approach is grounded, accessible, and invitational—creating a space where participants can meet themselves honestly and move from presence rather than effort.
