The Presence Method™

a Somatic framework for embodied healing, growth and leadership.

Presence is the through line connecting the practices that shaped my personal healing journey — yoga, breathwork, and writing — and the foundation of my professional work in Body, Breath, and Story.

Each invites us into the same experience: a return to presence. A place where the noise softens, the body settles, and something essential comes online. Where we feel connected — to ourselves, to one another, and to the larger intelligence of love moving through life.

Some call this prayer.
Some call it alignment with Source.

Others understand it through science — heart coherence, nervous system regulation, and the brain’s remarkable ability to shift chemistry and perception.

Sacred or scientific, the experience is the same.

Presence is the state in which transformation becomes possible.

Body — somatic movement and nervous system regulation

Breath — restoring coherence between mind and heart

Story — reclaiming authorship, awakening creativity

Body · Breath · Story an accessible, integrated approach to returning to presence — again and again.

  • Two women practicing yoga in a bright, minimalistic studio. One woman is sitting cross-legged with her back to the camera, the other is lying on her stomach, propping her chin with her hand, and looking at the first woman. Both are on yoga mats, and a large mirror and white wall are visible in the background.

    BODY

The physical anchor — where safety returns. Movement that calms the nervous system and clears the mind.

  • Person holding a burning sage stick over a white candle on a woven mat.

    BREATH

The bridge — between survival and sovereignty. Conscious breath shifts the body’s chemistry and clears the mind, where science meets the sacred.

  • A woman sitting on a white sofa, working on a laptop, smiling, with a phone and notebook beside her, in a room with large windows and plants.

    STORY

The voice — of memory, meaning, and possibility. Embodied writing calms the nervous system, softens the inner critic, and awakens creativity.

A space to soften, recalibrate, and return to what’s real.

unlock the power of presence through body, breath and story.

You have done the work— maybe even overworked and lost yourself in the process of trying, the strategies no longer produce sustainable outcomes or resonate with your soul. Your nervous system seeks regulation rather than resilience, your creativity longs for freedom and your people need stability. It’s time to let go of preforming and to return to yourself- one movement, one breath and one word at a time.

presence is Your superpower.
