Presence is my super power, greatest challenge and inspiration. From my personal journey of recovery from addiction, disconnection, and dehumanization- I developed a solid framework to reclaim the wisdom inside your body, breath and story. Presence is the through line between these practices and why I love to lead. To witness the lights come back on in someone’s eyes, when something clicks, a connection is felt within and with others who show up raw and real. I value co-creation, curating inclusive and transformational experiences, where masks fall away and truth is embraced in the sacred and innate power of presence.
