We live in a world that rewards speed, performance, and disconnection.

I work with people who feel the cost of that- in their bodies, their relationships, and their sense of self. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, numb, and unsure how to move through discomfort. I learned how to feel again by committing to practices that helped me stay present rather than escape. Through breath, movement, and writing, I restored my relationship with myself. That journey became the foundation of my work and continues to shape how I support others in their own process of healing, growth, and embodied leadership.

Today, I help individuals regulate their nervous systems, reconnect to what matters most, and live with greater ease and presence.

Rooted in lived experience and trauma-informed practice, The Presence Method™ offers a grounded approach to transformation through body, breath, and story.

  • Two women practicing yoga on mats in a bright, minimalistic studio, one resting her chin on her hand and looking at the other.

    BODY

The physical anchor — where safety returns. Movement that calms the nervous system and clears the mind.

  • Person holding burning sage bundle over a lit candle on a brown carpet.

    BREATH

The bridge — between survival and sovereignty. Conscious breath shifts the body’s chemistry and clears the mind, where science meets the sacred.

  • A woman sitting on a window seat with a laptop on her lap, smiling, with a smartphone and books beside her, partially obscured by green leaves.

    STORY

The voice — of memory, meaning, and possibility. Embodied writing calms the nervous system, softens the inner critic, and awakens creativity.

This Framework creates a solid path back to presence. It’s not about fixing what’s broken — it’s about remembering You’re whole.

    Therapuetic Care

Trauma informed, somatically grounded support for healing, recovery and nervous system regulation.

    Personal Growth

For individuals seeking clarity, healing and deeper connection with themselves.

    Professional Development

For leaders, teams and organizations ready to lead with presence, emotional intelligence and embodied authority.

unlock the power of presence through body, breath and story.

You have done the work— maybe even overworked and lost yourself in the process of trying, the strategies no longer produce sustainable outcomes or resonate with your soul. Your nervous system seeks regulation rather than resilience, your creativity longs for freedom and your people need stability. It’s time to let go of preforming and to return to yourself- one movement, one breath and one word at a time.

presence is Your superpower.
