FALL 2025
Cox, Creek Kentucky
Recalibration
Decompress and destress in the peaceful country side, away from distractions where you will feel at ease, fall into the rhythm of nature and awaken to a sense of peace.

Designed for first responders, veterans and their support to receive deep relaxation for trauma release in the body and reframe in the mind.
Trauma is anything that overwhelms our capacity to cope. It takes time and radical nurturing to let go of stuck holding patterns and learn new strategies to move forward. This weekend is not a replacement for therapy, it is an invitation to expand your awareness and develop confidence in your ability to relax. We will not dig up the past, as much as rest in the present, at ease in allowing new opportunities to feel, heal and grow.
