Individuals

IntegratE your breakthrough.

The leadership retreat, treatment center, ceremony, therapy and deep individual work- all of these transformational experience may change what you see, what you understand and what you believe is possible.

But then you return to everyday life.

The relationships are still there.
The work is still there.
The patterns are still there.

The Presence Method™ helps bridge the gap between what you experienced and how you live.

Embody your work

YOU have DONE THE WORK

You invested in learning, healing, exploring and seeking.

You have insight and may know what needs to change.

Yet return to familiar patterns and struggle to bring that knowing into your body, relationships and everyday life.

That doesn't mean the experience didn't work.

It means integration is a different kind of work.

The question is no longer: “What else do I need to learn?”

It's: “How do I live what I already know?”

That is where The Presence Method™ begins.

Presence is not something else to achieve, but something we return to.

Insight creates awareness. Integration creates change.

Transformational experiences can open something powerful.

After the retreat, treatment, ceremony, therapy or course- you may understand a pattern you've been living with for years.
You may see yourself differently, feel more connected or become inspired to make a change.

But insight alone does not automatically become a new way of living.

The Presence Method™ bridges the space between knowing and embodying.

The framework integrates three pathways: Body, Breath & Story

  • BODY

Develop somatic skills to attune your nervous system with new patterns that shape how you move through life.

  • Person holding a burning sage stick over a white candle on a woven mat.

    BREATH

Shift your internal state and build the capacity to stay connected to yourself, even in uncomfortable moments.

  • A woman sitting on a white sofa, working on a laptop, smiling, with a phone and notebook beside her, in a room with large windows and plants.

    STORY

Express your beliefs, narratives and patterns to better understand yourself, relate to others and make meaning from your experiences.

Together, Body, Breath & Story create entry points into greater awareness, self-trust and personal integration.

The Presence Method™ integrates what the breakthrough revealed.

    4-WEEK INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE

    From insight to integration.

You may already understand your patterns. You may have done years of therapy, personal growth, healing and self-reflection.

But knowing something about yourself and being able to access that knowing in the moments that matter are two different things.

The Presence Method™ is a four-week experiential journey through Body, Breath & Story designed to help you integrate what you already know into how you actually live, relate, communicate and make decisions.

    WEEK 1 — REGULATE
    Return to the Body
Recognize what is happening within you and practice creating space before automatically reacting.

    WEEK 2 — DISCERN
    Listen Beneath the Story
Explore the relationship between sensation, emotion and the stories you create so you can respond with greater clarity.

    WEEK 3 — EXPAND
    Create Space for Something New
Practice remaining connected to yourself through uncertainty, discomfort, relationships and change.

    WEEK 4 — INTEGRATE
    Live What You Know
Bring Body, Breath & Story into your relationships, boundaries, choices and everyday life.

    This isn’t about more self-improvement.

It’s about integrating the work you’ve already done so it becomes something you can actually live.

  • The Presence Method led by Alysa Osvog to regulate the nervous system, expand capacity and lead with embodied presence.

    CUSTOM INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES

Insight is personal. Integration should be too.

You may have done the therapy, read the books, built the routines and developed a deep understanding of your patterns—and still find yourself returning to familiar reactions when life gets demanding.

Because knowing yourself and staying connected to yourself in the moments that matter are two different things.

Custom experiences bring The Presence Method™ into the specific season, transition or edge you’re navigating. Through Body, Breath & Story, we explore what is happening beneath the surface, create space around automatic patterns and practice new ways of meeting what is here.

Experiences may include private sessions, personalized practices, guided integration, writing and reflective inquiry, or a customized combination based on what you’re moving through.

This isn’t about giving you another version of yourself to become.

It’s about integrating what you already know so you can live it—with a deeper relationship to the person already here.

WHY PRESENCE?

Presence allows you to stay connected to yourself while life is actually happening.

Not just during a retreat. Not just during a ceremony. Not just in therapy.

In the conversation. In the relationship. In the difficult moment. In each choice.

As you you create more space for your choices how to respond. That is where lasting change becomes possible.

WHY INTEGRATION?

A transformational experience can change what you see. But seeing something differently doesn't mean you can live differently.

The old environment remains. The old habits remain. The old relationships remain. The old stories remain.

Integration is the bridge between the experience and embodiment.

WHY ALYSA?

A transformational experience is simply a doorway. Integration allows it to become part of your life.

I learned the power of integration by living it.

When I got sober in 2014, I began creating the building blocks for my new life. I woke up, meditated and wrote. Throughout the day, I practiced movement and breathwork. These practices shifted with my life over the years, but Body, Breath and Story have remained the foundation for sustainable transformation.

For more than a decade, I worked in treatment centers supporting people through recovery. It was incredibly rewarding to watch the lights come back on in someone's eyes. But it was heartbreaking to hear that, after they returned home, it went dark again.

I saw the same pattern in retreats, ceremonies and leadership experiences. People would have profound insights and create meaningful change, yet months later they had slipped back into old patterns and found themselves in a cycle of living for the next big breakthrough.

Maybe you don't need another breakthrough.

Maybe you are preparing for a transformational experience and want to make the most of what emerges.

Or maybe something has already changed and you’re figuring out how to live differently because of it.

Wherever you are, we can begin there.

All it takes to start is an honest, open and willing conversation.
