Gateless Writing

Be inspired by the power of words. We begin with a guided visualization, leading into a writing prompt- then free write your little heart out for about 10 minutes. We circle back and you are invited (not forced) to share- in which you receive only positive feedback, based on the work. Echoing back strengths in the art helps silence the inner critic, nurtures your unique voice, builds confidence in being creative and imperfect, on and off the page.
