Alysa was astonished by her first experience with holotropic breathwork in 2014. Not only as the ‘breather’, even more as the ‘sitter’, to witness an entire room of strangers experiencing deep transformation was profoundly inspiring.

As a Yoga Therapist, she studied ancient pranayama and modern research of Max Strom and became certified in ReWild Breathwork, an in-depth trauma informed approach to conscious breathing.
